RETURN POLICY

Items like Accessories, Bodysuits, White and Ivory Clothing, Swimwear, OneSize pieces, Pre-Orders, Holiday Collections, items with final price $20 $25 $29 and Sale Items or Styles with discount promo (40% OFF) does not qualify for Return or Exchange. They are FINAL SALE. 

For other items, you must send us a TEXT message to (939) 405-1358 with your exchange request to be approved. If we decide your order is eligible for a return or exchange, you will receive a GIFT CARD that does NOT EXPIRE (full order amount, excluding shipping). No more than 7 days can pass after delivery in order to consider its exchange or return. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges without approving will be return to the sender. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a text message or Instagram DM to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and if we don't have the item on stock a credit will automatically be applied to your gift card. 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Daniellas - 6732 Florence Pl. Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a Gift Card, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your Gift Card.

Daniellas Boutique has GIFT CARDS available for SALE. These are NOT REFUNDABLE.
